Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Go to My Account > My Orders, or contact us with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can return it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. With an account you can track orders, save addresses and reorder in one click.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is emailed when your order ships. You can also download it any time from My Account > My Orders.

How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping costs $4.95 and express shipping $9.95.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also see the status of every order in My Account > My Orders.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items can be returned within 14 days.

How do I return an item?

Go to My Account > My Orders and choose Return.Select the items and a reason.Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any post office.

When will I get my refund?

We refund your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Choose Exchange when you create your return and select the new size. We ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned.

How do I reset my password?

Click Sign In, then Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address. We will send you a link to choose a new password.

How do I update my address or email?

Sign in and go to My Account. You can edit your addresses in Address Book and your email in Account Information.

How do you protect my personal data?

We use encrypted connections on every page and only use your data to process orders and, if you agree, to send you news. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size guide. Measure your chest, waist and hips and compare them with the guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.

How should I care for my clothes?

Follow the care label. In general: wash cold, turn garments inside out, skip fabric softener on sportswear and air dry to keep the shape.
